The client is Salt Plus Holistic Spa Limited, a multi-service wellness and beauty center located in Chelmsford, UK. The spa offers a range of services, including salt therapy (halotherapy), podiatry (foot health), cosmetology, and massage.
The target advertising channels were Facebook and Instagram.
Work Performed on the Project
Based on the initial brief and strategic analysis, the following tasks were completed to launch the campaign:

- Three primary audience segments were developed based on the key services.
- Geographic Targeting: The campaign was focused on Chelmsford and neighboring towns like Brentwood, South Woodham Ferries, Maldon, and Billericay, as well as reaching potential clients from East London with easy transport access.
- Demographic and Interest-Based Targeting:
- Salt Therapy: Users aged 25-50 with interests related to respiratory issues, skin conditions, and ENT diseases.
- Podology: Users aged 20-55 interested in podology and foot health.
- Cosmetology: Users aged 20-55 interested in injectable cosmetology.
- Audience Segmentation and Targeting Setup:
Ad Creative and Copy Development:

- Unique ad copy was created for each of the three target segments (Salt Room, Podology, Injection Cosmetology) to address specific customer needs and motivations.
- The copy for the Salt Room focused on strengthening immunity and alleviating chronic respiratory conditions.

- The advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram were configured with the «Lead Generation» objective to capture potential client information directly within the platform. This involved setting up and integrating native lead forms for each ad.
