The company positions itself as a direct registrar with the Czech National Bank, emphasizing expertise and efficiency.

Niche & Region: The niche is high-end financial legal services, specifically for fund registration in the Czech Republic, targeting an international clientele. The target audience consists of experienced financial professionals and legal entities, such as company owners, directors, and financial advisors, who value competence and reliability over price.
Initial Situation (Baseline): At the start of the project, the site had a minimal online presence. Key metrics included a MOZ Domain Authority (DA) of 1, 8 linking domains, and 80 pages indexed in Google. In December 2023, the site received 120 organic visitors, which resulted in 10 conversions. Initial keyword positions were low; for instance, «asset management company registration» was at position 21 in Google US on December 15, 2023.

Stages of Work

Comprehensive Audit

A detailed SEO and technical audit was conducted on October 28, 2023, which identified several areas for improvement.

Semantic Core and Content Strategy

An extensive semantic core was developed to target the client’s niche audience effectively.

- Keyword Research: Hundreds of keywords were collected, covering topics from «asset management company registration» to «private equity,» «hedge fund formation,» and «EMI license». The queries were grouped by user intent and relevance.
